I was diagnosed with Lumbar scoliosis, 3.8 cm disc extrusion in L5 S1 discs, and i also have drop foot on right foot. L4 herniated disc as well. Trying to avoid surgery. Thank you for all the information ❤

Damn this was good. We live in a society that encourages bad posture in almost all activities we do and your lucky if you find your way out of the tricky maze of getting better and actually being better. Theres many tricks and traps meant to keep us always getting better, but not actually getting there. This life really is about honing in your intuition about what you need specifically. You will be lead astray for years down useless paths by so called professionals and doctors until you learn to listen to yourself correctly.

At first I thought oh 😫 another one who is just after viewers and same contents all over the internet, but Quickly changed my mind and the more I watched the better I felt, I’ve got bulges disc lumbar, the mental pain it caused me is worse than the pain it self . Some how I feel way better mentally and determined to beat the problem. Thanks to this guy

I found this channel past 3 weeks or so but I agree with what you are saying. When i stopped being active I developed pain on my upper back, lower back, knees and under my feet. When i started working out and restrengthen my muscles it all pain went away. Its true, chronic pain is on us to fix because of our lifestyle.
