Coffee Break Sessions (CBS) is the new format that I will be posting in this channel. Compare to the previous an hour long episodes; new format will be around 30 minutes, but I will try my best to post it more often -like once in 2 weeks. This 4th episode is Brazilian Grooves! After the previous Brazilian episode got blocked, I've been wanting to do a new one. Most of these songs are unknown or long forgoten here. The black soul/samba rock movement was polemic at time cause has brought a lot of n.americans elements to brazilian music. But the samba groove was so evident that the critics were soon shutted, althought they were important people from the roots of modern samba (candeia, nelson cavaquinho e etc).
