🩺ABOUT DR. BREWER
Dr. Brewer started as an Emergency Doctor. After seeing too many preventable heart attacks, he went to Johns Hopkins to learn Preventive Medicine. While there, he went on to run the post-graduate training program (residency) in Preventive Medicine. From there, he made a career of practicing and managing preventive medicine and primary care clinics. His later role in this area was Chief Medical Officer for Premise, which has close to 1,000 primary care/prevention clinics. He was also the Chief Medical Officer for MDLIVE, the second largest telemedicine company. More recently, he founded PrevMed, a heart attack, and stroke prevention clinic.

At PrevMed, we focus on heart attack, stroke, and cognitive decline. We serve patients who have already experienced an event as well as those who have not developed a diagnosis or event. Dr. Brewer provides services via telemedicine. We find a lot of undiagnosed prediabetes or insulin resistance. Treating unrecognized risk factors like prediabetes allows reduction of risk and prevention of disease.

I Iove sardines in olive oil.. squeeze some lemon, sprinkle of salt n blackpepper, chopped up tomatoes, sliced red onions and mix lightly. On a slice of toasted keto bread…. LIFE IS GREAT!!! You can add some red pepper flakes for that added kick!

You can make a sandwich with some high-fiber-low-carb bread. My recipe (you need a jeweler's scale):
3 g pea protein powder
3 g coconut flour
14 g golden flaxseed meal
pinch of salt
1 g granulated dry yeast
2 g baking powder
40 g eggwhite
20 g yogourt
10 g water
Mix all the ingredients, pour the batter in a square little sized tupperwere or similar and microwawe it for 2 to 2:20 min.
The yeast is mainly for aroma but if, before switching on the microwawe oven, you leave the mix to proof for about half an hour, then the texture changes, the bubbles are bigger, more "real" bread like.

In Mexico, they come in tomato sausage, DELICIOUS!!! I liked it a lot with lemon, salt, and crackers. Happy New Year!!!

Sardines are a nutrient powerhouse. I alternate between sardines and salmon, sometimes herring, every morning post-workout.
