I’ve just discovered this myself recently. Dark energy is everywhere and can be found just by looking for it consciously or unconsciously. But good energy needs to be cultivated in relationship. It has conditions that have to be met and respected and it will grow within you. As it grows this energy will start to consume you in the best way possible and you’ll become lighter and while you won’t be able to explain this lightness, you won’t feel the need to. It will feel natural as you begin to understand the balance of all things. I can tell you however tell you the very beginning and core fundamental thing of how it started and that’s with humility. That’s the first key to TRULY understanding why this world may seem so foreign and why you may feel like you don’t belong on this plane of existence. I’ve always felt different like I don’t belong here, even though I was so good at camouflaging myself and fitting in to this world and the people in it… it always felt strange and oddly painful even in my happiest moments. I’m mentally strong and I can get along with almost anyone. I’ve learned to take the world for what it’s worth. There’s more bad than good but that doesn’t matter, your reaction and mindset will determine the quality of life. Remove what doesn’t help you grow if you can and focus on the good things that are around you. I’ve always enjoyed my solitude and more often than not it’s a recharging point for me to reflect and understand what God is trying to teach me
