Just had my wisdom teeth removal today. Before, during and after the operation, I have never felt the need to be closer to God than I did before. I use to feel so close to God, but I went back to my worldly desires after I gave into temptation. I started to feel so empty, now I am struggling in faith, I also gave into lust several of times, but now, I stopped. I killed it because once I then realized that i need to get close to God ( I found out that the Rapture is coming soon, and that it would be His final warning, I am really hoping that we do have time, I do believe that we have time left, but I cannot spend the time foolishly on worldly things, such as playing video games. I need to use the time wisely to get close to God. ) After on what I heard about the Rapture, God will take His children, I started to feel so anxious, sad, very nervous. I now began to pray a lot, but I felt so empty and I asked for forgiveness. Moments of 3 in a half days of me crying, I did end up feeling a desire that I need to read the Bible and Pray everyday, I believe that, that was God, who gave me that desire of Him. Yesterday, I started on the New Testament that someone had recommended me, I prayed before reading. I’m now starting to feel so happy. But, do I have time left? But, I need to stop thinking about the time and Spend time with God, I need to build my life upon Him and make a very strong and solid relationship with Him. I need to worship Him and Love him with all my heart. I don’t feel prepared and ready though, how to prepare and get myself ready, the same for my family too. I also do feel a little of His Love but not that much. So, on how to build a very strong relationship and deepen it with God, do I, everyday, read the Bible and Pray to Him. Or is there more after consuming His words daily and Praying everyday ? Please give me advices if you see this.
