Very on point. Common mistakes talaga ng mga estimator yan, di nako-consider yung actual site conditions. Pag nakikita ko yung quotations nila, andaming kulang na costing like yang equipments and trucks needed kasi puro direct estimates lang ginagawa hehe. 🙂

Sir i would like to ask. Magkano ang singil ng Architect for Preliminary costings/Bill of quantities/specification documents only... What is the basis for professional fees ? Per sqm ? Per sheets ? Or kasama na sa package ng working drawings. Thank you very much po.

Ar. Pwedi po ba sa BOM hindi na Detailed ang Labor Cost sa Last Part nalang po ilalagay lumpsum na for Example 40% sa materials Cost?
