in this video you have explained about how the boq will be look like and as a contractor how it supposed to be rated for bid submission, if there is any explanation about how it supposed to be prepared?
your saying in this video these boq will be prepared by profound personals using drawings.
but actually i have to know about how those profound professionals preparing the description of work?
for exmaple in your boq description for P.C.C works says "providing and laying machine mixed P.C.C with 20mm down aggregate including the cost of formwork, compaction, levelling and curing all complete"
how these description were prepared by the professional and which types of measurements book they are using to prepare and in what order they are preparing it ?

with this video i got to know how BoQ is created but my doubt it, while quoting the BoQ Amount Eg: PCC work which might need some sub materials, how they will extract the exact materials bifurcation needed & their prices as it varies as per market rate.
