📝HOW TO EXPUNGE FELONY CRIMINAL RECORD || 5 Steps

This video is for anyone who has a felony conviction that is preventing you from starting businesses, loans, housing well in this video we will give you the 5 Steps to Expunge Criminal Record.

✅ Step 1. Visit County Court Bulding where felony occurred go to the County Clerks or Records Department and obtain two signed sealed documents of case or cases to be expunge pay the $25 or fee to get two copies.

✅ Step 2. Go to the local Police Department and get 2 copies of your fingerprints pay the cost if their is a fee.

✅ 3. Step 3. Get a Money Order in the amount of the Expungement Application in Michigan it’s $60.

✅ 4. Step 4. Mail a copy to your State Police Department a copy of the criminal case signed sealed document along with a copy of your fingerprints to the State Police Agency. Next mail a copy of your criminal case signed and sealed document to the Attorney General office in Washington DC wait the 2-4 week proceeding and wait for a letter for a court date to go before the judge.

✅. 5. Step 5. Show up for your court date and explain to the Judge why you want to be expunged from your criminal past and as long as you haven’t had any criminal convictions recently you should be granted expungement but some cases may not be expunged but that’s per serious case and by state.

Been trying to see if there’s anyway to see someone’s record that they might of sealed ? I’m currently having a child with a man who have a felony for attempted murder and child endangerment, we aren’t together anymore he gets defensive and stories seem to change I don’t know all the details and can’t find anything don’t know if it’ll be a good idea letting our child be around him until I know the details of the case.

What you do if your denied ? Are their certain felonies that can't be expunged? Asking the judge why you went to be expunged is self explanatory like to get a good job with any field I choose in any state in the US. Why do we have to pay anything serving time is my payment in full. Who gets the money and what's done with it. If you did the time it should be removed.
