I had the idea that the "Developer" was like a General Manager. He comes up with a general idea of what he wants to accomplish. The "Programmer" takes that general idea and writes out a computer program procedure to implement that idea. A Programmer has a general knowledge of programming languages so he can create a "rough draft". The Coder, I thought, was the Specialist in a Programming Language who knows all the syntax etc. to create the smallest, most efficient and fastest program that can be run on the computer. Am I wrong?
