Mine is also not cooling on both sides…
The compressor is cold when plugged in, shouldn’t it be hot?

LG Studio Series SRFVC2416S, freezer is fine, first tech replaced a fan. Did not help. Second technician replaced PCB. Refrigerator section still sitting at 66 degrees. Freezer is totally fine and ice maker working. Possible issue??

If it's a bad compressor, shouldn't it bad cooling AND bad freezing then in a Side-by-side modell since it's only one compressor?

I have LG linear compressor I am getting 60 psi on the low side it is not hot to touch is this mean a bad compressor?

These lg compressors are complete garbage. Ours just went out exactly 6 years after we bought it. It's not worth fixing because the replacement compressors are bad as well and something else could go wrong.
