3 tbsp Oil
20 Garlic Cloves
(Chopped)
1/2 cup Onions (chopped)
1/4 cup spring Onion Bulb (chopped)
1 Cup Mushroom
100 gms Boneless Chicken (boiled &diced)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 cups Rice (cooked)
1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens (chopped)

Really good recipe! I made it day before yesterday for my sisters bday at ‘twas an absolute hit! Though I never added any chicken but still the rice was very flavourful. I had a big menu that day with my hands full for other dishes so this one recipe of rice was very quick n easy to make which was a relief.
