The Silver Blue paint was lovingly laid over the sweeping curves of this classic Corvette, with the White coves popping in contrast. The restoration for the Corvette was a frame-off, and many of the components for the vehicle were either replaced, refurbished, or repaired as needed. the original frame was unfortunately rotted, so it was replaced with a unit from a much warmer climate. In addition, the transmission was replaced with a 4-speed unit, and an engine was sourced to get everything up to snuff. The ignition turns over this 283 with ease, and the old school popping and rumbling sound singing from the tail pipes is sure to get you plenty of attention. When l grew up in the suburbs of Chicago a neighbor who lived behind me where the neighborhood had alleys he had a 1958 Corvette with a 283 solid cam single 4 barrel 4 speed he drove it everyday rain or shine and in the snow he had a heater in the garage and if it was nasty out it got washed when he got home still remember the sound of it starting up on a cold Chicago morning is priceless it was painted a metallic olive green with black interior it was a extremely nice car that he was constantly maintaining and working on this was from 1969-1974 then they moved missed hearing it start up and drive out of the garage in the mornings these cars with a factory solid cam have a distinctive sound that can't be forgotten at idle or revving

The 1958-1960 Corvette body style is the best looking of any generation Corvette this color blue with the matching blue interior looks great on it and the factory dual quads is a very rare option very nice ride sorry it's out of my price range l drive a 2004 Buick LeSabre l bought 5 years ago for 3000 dollars it had 75, 000 miles on it and is pretty clean is more in my price range for sure
