if i am writing page 1, on one page
then on next page it should be page 2, but its page 1 on all pages..

Quick question, is there an easy way to change the case? For example, if my chapter heading is lowercase on the page, but I want it to appear in all caps in the footer, how would I do that?

I tried it. It doesn't work. I get an error. "No style name given". BTW my controls look totally different.
