It's an update they've got on the PBE, happens with all forms of CC with a small icon to the side to notify which, fear, slow, stun etc.

It's been a feature on the PBE for a few months now, it'll surely be coming to live some time soon.

It's a set of Loss of Control indicators that riot's been playing with since preseason on PBE. They're still polishing it and it has helped them figure out what CC was slightly bugged (Lulu's ult for example was knocking people way higher up than it should). They might be releasing it soon since they've changed the particle effect for Fear and for stuns on the PBE.

This is out for about 1-2 months on the PBE
There were some bugs though, so they couldnt release it on the live-version yet.

It's something that's in the game. It has already been implemented in PBE, and will likely be added to the live version soon.

It's a new feature that is on the PBE for about 1 month or so. But it didn't go live yet, guess they're adjusting it to hit live soon.

its called the CC bar or meter and yes it is going to be added on the next patch or so

Only on the PBE. Riot stated that it wasn't ready for release yet.

It's been in the works for about 3 or 4 patches now. Every form of CC hard a timer and an Icon, I'm not sure whats holding Riot up on releasing it though it's been working pretty good on the pbe for awhile.

When lissandra does her R on ashe, you can see a timer that shows how long ashe is stunned and slowed. Is that an addon or is that something that is in the game? because I haven't seen that in the live version.
