Hi Sir, I want run two different action in single macro.I assigned shortcut key for control+q. Entire macro step is : current active cell is (B1) I need total for (A1+A2) in (B1) cell then I need total for (A3+A4) in (B1) cell. First step: Macro will do Total for (A1+A2) macro should stop here. when again I press same shortcut key macro will do next action (A3+A4). Now macro completed entire steps. Note : Second step is optional for me .. once macro key is pressed, first step should be complete, when again I press same key it should complete 2nd step..when I press same key 3rd time macro should run 1 step like that.

Sir I have 4 rows I have given drop down two options 1.complete, 2. Pending for 1 row I need here if I change complete in first row rest it need to show all 2 option. I need not go backwards as if 2nd row set as complete 1st need not to change as pending is there any option to lock or show error while change previous as pending while next row as completed. Can you help out it
