Even if he didn’t pull the trigger, the defenses own witness (the coroner) estimated the time of death at 9:00… when did he leave moselle? 9:06?? If they were shot by someone other than Alex he would have heard it. 1. In the country sound travels much farther 2. This wasn’t one shot you could brush off this would have 7 shots. Not something you could ignore on your own property!

The evidence I have seen in this trial would be enough to convict any poor person, any middle-class person, from a homeless janitor to a factory worker. Anyone who could not afford a high paid lawyer or does not have connections where it counts would have been sentenced to life by now. If Murdaugh gets anything less than life then justice for Paul and Maggie will not be found. How many times have we seen people who have crossed the rich and famous been found "mugged and murdered" or "self harmed" and the case is quietly forgotten. I think the Prosecution has done an excellent job in presenting strong circumstantial evidence in this case. If Alex didn't do it, he stood by and watched as someone did it for him.

Did he think that the police weren't going to pull all this up? How arrogant... AND ignorant.

I saw him tell police he took his son's pulse. And then tell police his son didn't have a brain. Why would you take the pulse of someone who doesn't have a brain.

In 20 Seconds he checked their bodies, he found Paul's phone he returned it. That is damning testimony.

It’s so sad to hear this testimony knowing two people referred to by this witness have less than a few hours to live.

What I have learned through all of this is I see desperate a man doing what he can to save himself, by killing his wife and son. So very sad!

Alex deleted some of the calls from history not realizing there was still a record

I know this pretty common sense here but here goes-
He drives to his mother's house- Note- he asked Maggie, that was 1 hr away, to please come see her "father-in-law" that night but please come have dinner with him & Paul 1st @ the house, she agrees. Note- she came to see him sick father-in-law the night before @ the mother's house & brought him doughnuts & (Alex was with her).
Alex's father had been admitted to "the hospital" that day- on the 7th.
Notice, Alex does not call & ask Maggie where are you, or hey I am picking you up @ the kennels be ready, nothing until he leaves the property & after her phone has been thrown out.

When he calls her doesn't again ask her where are you, we were supposed to go see Dad- remember, they drove together the night before to see him together.
When he gets to his mother's property does he ask the caregiver, hey, has Maggie came by or called? Nope. Could he have headed over to the hospital to see his Dad? Nope. Does he call Paul's phone to ask, hey, where is your mother, I can't find her. Nope. This would be just common sense that normal people would have done.
Plus, a little weird they didn't live together, something might have been up with that.
I think Alex could see- Death by a 1000 cuts. Meaning- a few coincidences, ok. But there are so many red flags here, you can't dismiss all of them. Statistically you have to admit something is up with Alex.

Look at his Face. Mad & pouting. Spoiled & finally hit that brick wall. No Way Out AM.
No Croc tears today. He's been found in yet another big lie. This is so insane how family & friends still uphold this monster.

I keep going back to how TF did he spend $50k a WEEK on opiates? I think he hid the money and was afraid Maggie would find it.

Alex is SO arrogant & SO used to getting his way for SO long that he thought this was just another one of those things that he looks at as 'in the bag' (no pun intended lol).

The fact that the defense stands up to admit that AM has been proven a liar about being there, and a million other things, but still ask case be dismissed is hysterical. I know its done in every case, but I wish the jury could have heard that. We know our client is a liar your honor, but he's gotten away with lying his whole career, so we want you to let him go. He's got more stealing, lying and probably killing people to do. This is just a misunderstanding and our client needs time to work on his case to get out of cheating clients out of millions.
