this is just the Epica studio version, it's only Simone's vocals. They do sound similar, but not that similar.

I love this version so much they should have put floor on the album to be featured on I guess she was busy with after forever at the time.

Clearest version I could find, thank you. Really wish I could post it to this one Floor Jansen hater who idolizes Simone Simons. :'D He will make himself hated - they seem to be friends. Both are such amazing singers!

Really NO COMMENTS before me? Anyways, this song and the 2 bands that make up this whole musical effort, are really talented bands, that is Epica and Nightwish. I personally are most familiar with Nightwish. My first recommended song and video to someone who is just NOW hearing about Epica AND Nightwish is "Ghost love score" by Nightwish with Floor Jansen it would be the Live performance by Nuclear Blast records. OR just look for the "Ghost love score" song and it will be a LIVE performance at the Wacken festival, it has Floor Jansen singing this whole song like a total Queen, REALLY, I hear about Beyonce being so much of a great singer, BUT, Floor Jansen makes Beyonce seem like a really overly hyped vocalist whose relative had insisted that somebody in the music biz just has to hear her. Just listen to Epica with OR without Floor Jansen, it is just so powerful and beautiful. Even IF nobody had listened to Epica with or without Floor Jansen. The other 2 previous vocalists in Nightwish would make Beyonce look like a total amateur. I'm ONLY mentioning Beyonce because she seems to be ranked very high in the US as a performer and vocalist, BUT, I don't think she is a really THAT great.

I must confess that I'm not too fond of this new trend where artists overlap the studio version on "live" videos, it strips it from the rawness, spontaneity, magic live imperfections. We are humans, if we were perfect the entire planet, the countries and even ourselves would be dramatically different.

Amazing song! Love it, but why do they always swing their heads? It looks ridiculous to me.
