I started a small business with a friend, I knew him for maybe less than a year, I didnt know him well, when we started, and I started knowing him better, He was one of the cheapest people Ive ever known, he actually didnt ask for drinks, when eating, maybe to save money, when we got to the business he didnt want to spend in anything, he bought some cheap chairs that lasted 2 months, he didnt want to send some paperwork through mail because the shipping was 15 dollars, when buying the stuff we wanted to sell, he wanted to buy, a little bit of this a little bit of that, man, it was my mistake to try to push someone who was not into the sales game, he was an employee, and no matter my good intentions, I cant work with that type of mentality, the reality for me is, if you are not willing to spend in anything, you can't persuade a person to spend, as simple as that, but at the same time its really broad
