Walk into ANY STORE. It's all seed oils, added sugar & sodium. There are no healthy "ready made/to go" meals snacks available anywhere. The only way to avoid it is to cook at home.

Some yèars back I read a book of interviews of people who had lived to be at least 100. In every case, these were people who spent their life working outside and getting exercise, the people ate healthy non-processed foods, alcohol was limited if at all, and even in old age people were still working and getting exercise.

I am old to remember an America without gyms. The only gyms in the US were for muscle heads. Once the food pyramid came out, people were gaining weight and health club chains popped up all over the US.

we need to regulate the addictive substances that go into our food, have warnings and/or a rating system for how processed they are, subsidize organic food and lower the price of ozempic before it bankrupts our country. ozempic should be one option, but we also need to make it easier for people to make healthy decisions
