My Father in law built his home with these. I've never been in a home that stays the same temperature like his does. The heat almost never comes on. One thing that's crazy is the depth of his window sills.

Just used this on my house. Quick and easy.
Cool side note, scraps can be used to build a kids play house 😂, kids used long chunks to build a small house. Hold together we'll with just the nubs

Not necessarily a fan of the hinged webbing, the first 2 rows of blocks need more attention than normal, and more blocks had damaged webbing than with a couple of other brands I'd used

I'm in Ontario and cant seem to find zip sheathing for less than $80 a sheet.

Very interested in these, they use a nice bit of strapping setting up but a nice system

This short is literally the first time I've ever seen any of these products, are the foundations really actually made of Styrofoam?

That's a great idea. It's such a great idea, I think I would go to the roof with them! I have yet to see an ICF house floating down the river in NC after Hurricane Helene. Also, not sure my framing skills will ever be awsome.😂

For the love of god stop with the ICF people. This is crap construction for outrageous prices.
If you want a much better insulated foundation look at Thermomass and their Cast In Place products. Less than a buck a face foot and its much stronger and much better insulation that add up to an even higher R value wall.
