What I always found interesting about this scene was that here, Lily wants to throttle Robin but when this was happening to Lily while wedding planning and her metabolism was also messed up, Robin was like "You have a rare opportunity, eat as much as you want!"

Where Robin became all about Ted's world and loss the group of female friends that she had in the first episode. And then suddenly it's only Lily and the guys.

To be real, asides from not losing weight from boobs, I can see how it can happen. For example being on the go for the whole day and maybe forgetting to eat or not having the time to so when you get home, you eat fudge which would still be a calorie deficit since you didn’t eat much or at all for the whole day, well it can result in weightloss. In an unhealthy and disordered eating type of way, but yeah.

Also when I was going to gym to build muscle, losing weight was sad because it meant losing muscle so all depends on the context.

I think Lily's mad because she could do that (when she couldn't fit into her wedding dress because she lost weight without trying) but post-pregnancy, she's not able to casually maintain her figure anymore.

The funny thing is that earlier in the show they did the same joke but lily was the one with the problem gaining weight, it was in the episode where she was trying to fit into her dress i think.

Lilly gets mad over petty things, last time i checked she only gained wieght when she got pregnant, lost the weight quickly, and she's never been obesed. some are fat in thier heads, when they're built for an extra small t-shirt.

Honestly, Robin wad kind of insufferable. She was likable as a character, but not someone actually likable as a person.
