Hello can you please help me? I have tried both methods of pairing through the EWeLink iPhone app on 5 different wireless plugs. The Quick Pairing Mode (Touch) and Compatible Pairing Mode (AP) methods have not been able to successfully connect to my wireless iiNet Modem or Apple Airport Express Router. Both are running 2.4GHz bands and the passwords are simple alpha-numeric. I am able to find and connect the devices to my iPhone X but they always remain offline. I have been troubleshooting for several hours reading through forums on this site. Please advise.

Under Device Setting, there is a setting for 'Hardware and share control operation notification' and a 'Power on state' setting. Do you have a tutorial to know what those mean? Thanks

Do the sonoff burn if i put power on output of it ? ( Same 'L' as input as output ) i want to connect a lamp with a swich manually and with sonoff too.

The software is great at all, except the loop timer user interface. I want to give you some advice, make the loop timer UI more intuitive. It will make the UX better because my experience wasn't good, I wanted to set up for device 'auto off' and it took me a time till I got that the cycle is activated when the device is turned on. Just use another phrases or add some link or a tooltip for information/manual.

I’ve just downloaded the app but when I try to register I enter my email address and it then loads for a while and then comes up with a message saying ‘unable to send SMS verification code please check phone number or network connectivity.’ Any ideas how to register??

I shared my sonoff with one person. I gave no permission. So I checked the person's ewelink app and she is not allowed to share it with other people, and that's correct, because I did not give permission.

However, if she adds the "smart we link" to her "Google assistent", she can share my device with others.

That is, it is apparently a security breach.

Do you know how to prevent that?
