In my book (Srijan ICSE Chemistry Class 7) it is given: Jhon Dalton stated that atoms combine in whole number ratios.
So can you tell me what do they mean by this?

Mam in my book mass of electrons is given 9.1×10-³¹kg
And mass of protons is given 1.67×10-27kg
And mass of neutrons is given 1.67×10-27kg
