The only thing I hate about the vision Australia connect app is you've now got the second one but you've managed to let people download it even though it's not ready to use and I don't want to download the vision Australia connect app on my new account because once you get rid of that when the other one is supposed to be working Apple don't let you deleted any more of your account even if you can off your phone but I only like to have apps that I can actually use as opposed to just delete them off the phone when I don't need them any more because of Apple and the stupid policy you can no longer or you never could delete apps off your account because of the way that they work, so what would be better if you just got rid of the vision Australia connect app first and just set up the second one so that people can sign in and use it already! But I also hate is the fact that I'm not allowed to sign in with an account that I create I have to sign in based on what you register for me and that's not good because even though I am blind, it takes away my freedom of choice for example I can choose the email address that I wish to sign up with in regards to Uber eats or any other service like Twitter and I don't have to wait for someone to register me and then tell me what I am supposed to use because I feel that if I have to wait for someone to register me for the vision Australia connect2 app even though you say it's secure, but these days no one can believe anything anyone is saying, and I don't want you knowing my login details because how do I know that there isn't someone on the staff who will hack me and try to download books that I didn't order, speaking of which I think some of you have hacked me because when I was using the old app I was getting notification for books I have never downloaded and they were never able to be seen on the app even with voice-over, I know what I download or stream and I'm telling you there are a lot of books that I have never streamed and yet I've received emails saying that this particular book was returned but it didn't exist on my bookshelf so where the hell they all went I don't know, also a lot of you were blaming me for all of that when I have never downloaded whatever the book was that you said I did and I've never borrowed whatever that book was that you said I did, so where you're getting your so-called info from I don't know! I don't like the idea of you knowing my login details and the fact that if I want to change my password you have to do it for me because it's not secure, other services you must change your own details they won't do it for you for legal purposes! I think someone is breaking the law and it's wrong and for a blindness organisation that is an extremely horrible breach of trust and again it's wrong
