Why do people even lie about being pregnant? My sister has had a couple miscarriages and they tore her to pieces...she didn’t wanna even try for another because she was so scared that it was gonna end in a miscarriage again, she wouldn’t let family see her because she was bedridden and in tears, her husband had to pull her back to society and reality and now she has 2 beautiful, healthy kids, I can’t believe someone would lie about stuff like that...

She knows no one believes her that's why she's pissed off. That's why she refuses to answer certain questions and storms off stage. If she thought perhaps people were buying into it all she would be very happy to sit there and perform for the audience. The problem with a
Narcissistic individual or someone with a pathology and proclivity to lie is they are used to having people around them that believes what they say. They'll get away from relationships once they stop being capable of their manipulation. For the most part we are all fairly truthful especially when it's topics that we consider to be serious (cancer, death, suicide, and miscarriages) because it is so far from our perspective our minds don't even go there, we believe each other, until someone has given us cause to disbelieve
