•The more you hire the more the communication line increases.
•Each communication line is a depreciation of the efficiency of the employee.
•The smaller the team the better the results because you have less communication lines and the work done is more.
•If you make hierarchy(Δ) in the company then people will work for hierarchy i.e. politics and corruption will start.
•On the other hand if you make the hierarchy(Δ) into a circle with the leader in between the efficiency will increase.
