When you draw your wave for the 120v source, the peak actually goes up to positive 170 to negative 170 volts. 120 is just the root mean square (RMS) voltage. Peak voltage divided by sqrt 2 equals 120v. This is way of finding the average value of the wave (DC equivalent) while acknowledging that the electricity is on and doing work whether it is positive or negative for a purely resistive circuit.

I would recommend to do what I did. I added a 50 amp fuse in my electric box and ran the appropriate cable to a 14–50 plug. Then I got a 14-50 Adapter for my portable tesla charger that came with my car. That charges my car at 34 miles an hour.

This works but never use a receptacle that exceeds the amp rating of the lowest breaker on the circuit.
Also, make sure it's in a house that the line and neutral aren't switched or incorrectly polarized somewhere up the line. Otherwise you're putting 120v to the neutral of either circuit. Not necessarily to the panel, but possibly to the housing of another appliance in the house.
If everything is wired correctly and you're absolutely certain the entire circuit is properly polarized, it should be ok. None the less, i wouldn't trust it for anything more than temporarily plugging in something 13 amps or less.

If you should pick two circuits that are A and B phase putting two 15amp circuits together is only going to give you a 15amp 240 v circuit. It's hard to find anything that's 240v that will run on less than 15 amps.

something wrong with your explanation because i can see in the video that you connect the white wire to the outlet then you mention in the drawing that leave the two white wire alone without connection we don't need them with 240v. so please would explain what is going on and thank you (Need More Details)

This dryer has 220 two hot and common and ground. Confusing. No need for common?
