Love that this DR calls food and herbs as medicine! What a “Champion” 👏👏👏
More doctors should listen and adopt this philosophy. There’s much more to health than just the physical!
Spiritual and emotional need to be nurtured and attended to with as much focus as we in modern life do with mental and physical health!

In a zero tolerance society we do not correct the mistakes of people instead we punish people for what they are trying to achieve. On jobs, even in life most people aren’t aware they can do more than 1 thing. Ask a person what do they want to do in their life. The person may list several careers. They are critcize as unstable or wishy washy. The 1 thing that is pointed out as a failure will break that person spirit. The mental, physical, social/emotional will follow. Well for the first time in my life a platform welcome mistake, and said just start. This platform has been good for my health. It is YouTube. Raison-detre to the doctor. A reason and purpose for ones existence.
