I’m not gonna lie I feel like hard baits are starting to be a thing of the past granite I’m only about five or six years into taking the sport very seriously I’ve fished my whole life, but I don’t count anything before I got really into it and even though after five years every time I answer a question I have two more. I still feel like after making the switch to soft plastics. I am absolutely murdering these guys.😂 I went from glide Bates and crank bait and let’s just say every hardbody bait to predominantly using soft plastics and finesse. Maybe it’s just my particular environment. I tend to fish in rivers and backwaters off of larger lakes in South Carolina, but it is 10 times more effective all around and even as a search bait I’ll just throw a fluke and get down. Lol Trick worms and flutes are my only go to and if things are getting really hairy, I’ll pull out a ki-tech easy shiner in whatever color matches the hatch and That’s my trump card.😂
