AirPod Pro Tip Replacement Struggle

I couldn’t find any tips on this, no one else seemed to be having the same problem, but for the life of me I couldn’t get my new tips to pop on, until I noticed this one difference between my AirPod Pros and everyone else’s. Hope this helps someone out there.

The problem is i dont have any replacements I pulled to hard on the tip pause. and I cant get it to go back onto the hard piece
