Kiev is a city. It has a specific location on the map. Rus was originally, then became Russia. The term "Kievan Rus" is a Cabinet term that appeared in the 19th century. Lithuanian Rus, Vladimir Rus, Udelnaya Rus, Moscow Rus, etc. all these are terms of historians of the 19th century.

What tells me that a lot of hard work went into this is the tiny detail of those reservoirs popping up in Rybinsk, Dnieper river, Volga river, and others. Most people just ignore them and have them for the entire video, and you're the first I've seen put attention to them. Kudos!
