What an incredible year. Every year these athletes set new records just to come back and break them all over again. Amazing. I already miss it.

Please nobody take this the wrong way, but it seems like something could be done during all the dead air on these streams. Athlete profiles, highlighting things to do around Aspen, throwbacks to highlights from xgames past, clips from behind the scenes, clips from practices and warm ups. Not that anybody is lacking at all, im sure the logistics to pull all of this off are insane, just fruit for thought if anybody ever reads this

I do think the most disappointing part of this format is how hard the riders had to go for the "playoffs" and how many people were cut off from the finals. It should be at least an 8 man final. These tricks are terrifying and to make the riders have to do them just to qualify for finals is a total disservice.

Taiga's slopestyle run in playoffs was probably the best slopestyle run ever put down and it didn't even affect finals....
