Little BEAR Cabins is a local company that resells modular log cabins and log cabin kits. I first saw them on Facebook Marketplace. They advertise log cabin kits priced from $11,900 to $23,900.

The park model cabins shown are from Avery Cabin Company.

Avery Cabin Co builds log cabins, rustic cabins, tiny houses & RV park model homes. They are one bedroom or two bedroom. Some also have extra bunk beds off the passage.

This TH seemed lovely, but I would have liked to see more in the video. Take the viewer up into the loft, open cabinets, open closets, show the whole back area and show everything from different angles. This TH seems pretty spacious overall, would have loved to see that showcased.

One of the main reasons that I do not watch their videos is because they do not show you everything in the house. They spend too much time in a particular area and then they don't show you the areas and rooms that you want to see for more than a few seconds. I usually pass over their videos unless the picture of the outside really gets my attention. This is just my opinion. I'm not trying to upset anyone. Have a good day.

I love it. My only issue is the price. No way it only cost 24k. You can barely buy a shoe box size house for that price nowadays

Looks nice from what little I could see besides the kitchen. Like the double sink, wrought iron accent guard on the loft, full size toilet and tub. But the video was not detailed well at all. Couldn't get a clear sense of loft area, living room or storage! Maybe an updated video on this one would be good and potentially increase sales?

The cabin is totally cute. I like the lay out but was disappointing that the drawing at the end does not match the video.

The floor plan at the end looks different compared to what was actually shown, I mean it's pretty but kinda disappointed I could see more

LOVE LOVE LOVE KITCHEN & BATH CABINETS - HAVE NEVER SEEN A MORE BEAUTIFUL CABINET DOOR - VERY UNIQUE, AND the black cabinet hardware, black iron handrails, black door hardware throughout....absolutely perfect with ur choice of wood in the home. Gorgeous !!
