Interesting...but I got confused hearing the water continue to flow after being wrapped. Did the leak stop?

Unfortunately a lot of water pipes are tight against structures msking wrapping difficult....

Will this work a lead pipe that is outside in the garden 2 ft below ground level? If so, will it stay sealed after it has been buried again?
