Coldplay - Fix You (Live in Madrid 2011) is taken from a premiere concert streamed live on YouTube. The programme was titled, "Coldplay Live: Unstaged". The band performed songs from Mylo Xyloto alongside their previous hits. The concert aired on 26 October 2011. The show was directed by Anton Corbijn and presented by American Express.

Coldplay - Fix You is taken from the album X&Y released in 2005.

Fix You will always be special... always ! I cant help but well up everytime i listen to this song.. My sister had cancer and post few rounds of chemo she had to undergo a massive surgery to have the tumor removed ... when she came out of the recovery room.. all i could see was pipes coming out of and leads attached to her body.. few days after, they started weaning her off painkillers.. she hadnt even had water in 4 days.. and at nights she wont be able to sleep.. moaning in pain.. delirious and lost somewhere far far away from all of us .. i was keeping her company in the hospital.. i would sit by her bed and hold her hand and slowly hum this song over and over and over again.. she would drift off to sleep, so would i holding her hand... i didnt know who was fixing who.. or if any of us even needed fixing .. but music has seen me through some really tough times.. and none more than this song ... i am forever indebted to Coldplay for this song ...

Vi este video cuando tenía 10 años y dije "algún día voy a asistir a un concierto de Coldplay" ver a mi banda favorita era mi sueño. Coldplay is part of our lives. We played Always in my head at our wedding and (only a few weeks later) Fix You at the funeral of our beautiful daughter Lisa (15.09.2014 - 22.09.2014).
