Im trying to open a file with WinRAR and it says Cannot Open File, do you know how to fix it? I've been searching the internet for this

nope, everytime i try to open a file it tries to download winrar again, and never opens. yea this no longer functions at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. refuses to open files and just keeps trying to download itself again. and yes attempted completely uninstall and deleting all files and doing a fresh install. at this point its now a virus on my computer because it will not allow me to even use other unzippers, and continues to try and be downloaded again.
