I know it brings out all of the thirsties too, but from purely a learning perspective it’s really useful & educative to have a guy with an athletic physique being adjusted with his shirt off. To the untrained eye, we can see his alignment & form much more clearly than someone who is fully clothed. Being tall, athletic and with natural (not overcooked) muscular proportion, he’s an ideal model for this type of video. Thanks to both of you 👍🏼

I used to be a good athlete, and now I work a desk job. My left hip feels locked, and my right doesn’t feel better. When I sneeze, my back sounds like a rice crispy treat. My ankles pop when walking. Knees as well. Tons of shoulder pain. Not good for someone under 40!

This is one of the best pre-adjustments talks I’ve ever been apart of or just heard on YouTube. 35 yrs of receiving care under my belt and I can only think of just two chiropractors who through just talking to me I knew without a shadow of doubt that I’m in good hands here. I have the same problem! One of my sides is higher than the other. I have tightness in my lower back, it starts to hurt when I sit for an hour +. The chiro wanted to charge me 8K for a yearlong program. I have no idea what to do. Should I see an MD? Is that price too high? I didn't get a good vibe from the chiro I went to. He worked on me for like 3 mins and that was it.

I have 2 herniated discs from squatting, and the best thing for it is a simple stretching and core strengthening routine on the floor.
