For our final stop in Minnesota we headed to the port city of Duluth for a very gloomy day of exploring the city, learning some history, and eating some delicious food. The weather may have been less than ideal, but we tried to make the most of it and had a blast anyways!

It was really cool to see Duluth through other people’s eyes. Having lived here all my life I know it’s a great place to live, but I feel even more lucky when others appreciate it’s beauty. Thanks so much for stopping and come back!

Honestly, a gloomy Duluth day is great! Not to say it beats the perfect, sunny and 70s day there but you still had a true Duluth experience!

Thank you for giving Duluth the credit she deserves. She's an example of a very old city that is surviving the up's and down's of the economy.

You two are soo cute! National Geographic should get in touch with you. The quality of your work is very high!!

You kids are so much fun. I'm always excited when I see you've got a new posting. You two make me smile. What a great way to start the day, even in Duluth on a foggy day.

After reading that comment that someone didn’t enjoy the food/eating portions of your vlogs, I just wanted to say that I LOVE the food part of all your vlogs! Just this year we have tried the Coffee Shack (Big Island), Root House (Pagosa Springs), Tacos del Gnar (Telluride), Salt Lick (Austin) and probably a few others that I can’t remember at the moment. So… thank you for your food/ dessert recommendations and I can’t wait to try more!

I cannot believe what a great job you two do finding all the local gems! I know I commented on an earlier video in your North Shore series that I spent the last couple years in Duluth, and got a ton of hiking & exploring the area in, but your videos have hit pretty much every one of the recommendations I have for people when they come up! So glad you're helping showcase our natural beauty here in MN, keep up the great work, and come back soon!

Great video of Duluth!! That is too bad that no ships came through while you were there. It is really fun to watch the lift bridge in action as well as being so close to the ships as they pass through the canal. I look forward to following you on the rest of your adventure/journey.

You did an excellent job showing off the Duluth area, as well as the North Shore in your other video's! Thanks for coming to see how great Minnesota really is! God Bless !! 🤗

If you ever come back make sure to check out some of out hiking trails, I'm sure you did plenty on the North Shore but there's some wonderful ones in Duluth. If you like dirt biking we have a ton of those and it's a pretty common hobby among the locals. Many tourists are drawn to Canal Park and downtown but Duluthians tend to love our city for the nature and trails scattered throughout the city. Duluth is massive on local businesses so if you keep coming back over and over, you still won't be able to get the entirety of the Duluth feel. Some places for food you missed are The Portland Malt Shoppe which is a very very popular tourist destination off of the boardwalk where you can get some icecream. Sammy's Pizza has multiple locations throughout the midwest but over half of those locations are in the Duluth area. I'd highly recommend them as they have my favorite pizza and serve plenty of other Italian foods (not to mention that they also sell 1919 root beer.) 1919 root beer is just straight up the best root beer to ever be created. Its slowly becoming more and more common to buy but at one point you could only get it from specific restaurants in Minnesota. Nowadays you can run to a gas station in Minnesota or Wisconsin and buy a can of it and hopefully some day you'll be able to across the country.
