I'd love to come on and be interviewed, I was thrown in jail for the same crime that dude was, and they also withdrew the charges. Canada's judicial system is fuuuucked

I will not pay to have any solar system installed unless Pluto is included.

It took 5 months to get power back in my area (norther part of Puerto Rico) and 8 months to get internet back. There are still some areas on the island that still don't have power (mostly the central area). In the beginning there was a lot confusion as everything went offline. And I mean everything. One AM station was all we had for weeks before systems started to come back online. It was, to put it simply, the worse time of my life. Now a lot of people (those that didn't leave the island) are taking things in their own hands. Many, myself included, are moving to solar power, despite the constant roadblocks the AEE throws in our way. There has also been a marked increase in the stockpiling of canned goods and bottled water, too.

Odd how GDPR was reported in seemingly negative light? TL;DR of it seems to be don't collect data you don't have to and when you do have to, inform the user properly. Instructions I've seen in game company context seem very mild, biggest concern being possibly having to show splash screen(which would mildly disrupt the "experience") asking for permission/inform about it.

Not sure if you have to ask for permission, but at least one case already simply requested basic HW info to be collected with opt-out possibility.

I've actually got a ZTE phone myself, an Axon 7. As far as I was aware, it did pretty well in the US (where I am) and has been a really solid phone almost 2 years in for me. Really can't complain.

Wendell: You never get these positive stories in the news.
Ryan: No there were articles about it, I just didn’t include it because it isn’t that interesting.

17:05 'Stating up the knife laws...' the UK has had knife laws going back to at least 1959. As for the multi-tool, they often have locking blades and are illegal to carry in public without good reason. The blade on my Leatherman Wave is short enough to be carried in public but it falls foul on being able to deploy the blade single handed and it locks in position. My Leatherman squirt ES4 it okay to carry...they do keep amending the laws...hope it's still legal.

Louis Rossmann is seriously The Man. It's great to see my favourite channels referencing each other.

Keep up the great work, guys.

Once upon a time they made a law to say all new homes needed sewage connections. Looking back it doesn't seem like a bad idea.

17:33 "a completely normal multitool" is not legal to carry in Australia, according to the officer who took me into custody for a screwdriver on my way to an IT job. You Americans have it pretty good, better cling to the 2A.

Safety is Tesla responsibility. When Tesla's batteries fail and no one has any idea how to make the battery safe, that is Tesla problem. What happens when these government funded cars get into an accident that causes the battery to fail? I guess 1st responders can have a Tesla trained engineer on staff at every fire house. No problem, the government will have the taxpayer pick up the tab. If we treated the ford pinto in this manor we would still have the ford pinto.

wendell there's a huge problem you guys failed to notice in this show.... the HYPE "jar" isn't a jar( I know this is shocking but bear with me). So like shouldn't we rename it to HYPE 007 shaken not stirred glass ?
