Ammo is abundant even on hard difficulty. Occasionaly shoot leg and use pipe or pipe bosses.

I used the Shotgun to kill Abstract Daddy in OG SH2 but now a metal pipe is better damage hmmm can't wait to do this in the remake

The reason behind this is very disturbing. Physical attacks are the most effective against Abstract Daddy because this monster is not used to its victim defending itself.😢
