Liz Truss snubs Rishi Sunak as she becomes Prime Minister without shaking his hand

LIZ Truss is Britain's next Prime Minister after winning the Tory leadership race with a whopping 81,326 votes - 57 per cent of the vote.

Rishi Sunak's dreams of reaching No10 have been shattered for now, with the former Chancellor raking up 60,399 votes.
