Becky, I am so happy that I am not the only one who, makes messes, throws away half a batch of something I’m baking, burns myself, burns cookies, cuts my fingers, makes more messes and learns to crack eggs in a separate bowl the hard way! Thank you so much for not cutting your lovely mishaps out of your videos. Makes me feel so great full for people like you

Becky, I must tell you how much I appreciate that you don’t open with a long intro video and then carry on forever about themselves before they get to the point of their video. While you do talk about your family, your home, and other aspects of your life that you wish to share, you do so in a way that is rather chatty and conversational while carrying on with the purpose of your video. I have been following you since the beginning and have never been disappointed but frequently been inspired and educated.

Becky, I HAVE to share this with you! My mom once served as church hostess and since we had a LARGE congregation it was quite a job. The ladies were making cakes in the church kitchen one day when one of the deacons (who was known to be a bit of a know-it-all) walked in and saw my mother cracking eggs individually into a separate bowl, just like you did. He sort of snorted as he watched my mother adding those eggs one at a time and said "Sara, what in the world are you doing?" My mom explained that sometimes you get a bad egg. That man threw his head back, roared with laughter and said he'd "never heard of such a thing." In a moment of what I guess could have been divine intervention the VERY NEXT CRACKED EGG WAS ROTTEN and it smelled! My mother couldn't have been happier! She's almost 86 years old and she still tells that story whenever someone is cracking eggs, lol.

This video reminds of when you and all your friends would have BIG cookie baking days at our house! So much fun! Susan, Becky’s mom/

I was literally seed shopping when the notification came in that Becky had posted another video so I had to hop on over to YT to watch. Anybody else (43 yrs old) wanna be like Becky when they grow up?🤣

Timer, timer, timer!! I can never trust myself to remember timing. Baking is so much less forgiving than cooking. The recipes look delicious. Those you gift are VERY lucky folks.

Hi Becky 👋 Baking tip** Next time you have burnt bottoms or edges you can use your microplane grater. It shaves off just enough without altering the shape of your cookie.

Butter wrappers are great folded in half and refrigerating in a sandwich bag to use for greasing your baking dishes. My mother in law taught me 40 years ago and I still do this.

Yep, you are your mother. Smiled when you taped the instructions (her timetable) to the cabinet. Thanks for cookie recipes. Looking forward to candy.

Becky, sooo grateful you are down to earth enough to leave in the “oops!” Because we are all human and stuff happens and it’s ok!! 🥰 I too had to learn the hard way on the eggs!! Cookies look great 👍🏼

Watching you crack that egg I was actually thinking boy she has lots of trust in her hens. I have learned just like you did you can’t always trust those eggs whether fresh or store bought. That what makes you so enjoyable to watch. You just roll with life and keep moving forward. Proud of you

I am not sure how I came across your channel! I’m not a homesteader, gardener or cook. I’m a hair stylist and mostly follow that type of content. I am glad that I did because I’m drawn to your personality and you have inspired me to dabble in more cooking/baking! I think it’s so awesome what you have created and it’s super inspiring!

Using a zester works wonders to help shave off burnt pieces. I just had something like this happen with my scones and I used to the zester then put a glaze an nobody noticed lol

You're a "get er done" kind of lady. You have enough energy to inspire your watchers to make an effort! Thanks 😊

The sped up version of you rolling the cookie balls out reminds me of Lucy and Ethel at the candy factory 😂 loved that episode

I get excited for all of Becky's videos. I'm 40 with 2 kids and love to be in the kitchen but during this pandemic time have hit a huge rut so thankful I've found her this past year. I've binged every episode. I'm so happy that this will be here full time job so we can see her more often. Becky you are amazing and such an inspiration.

All, I can say is -- Rachael Ray, move over! There's a new gal coming into our kitchens around the world and she is awesome. Love your cooking posts ("shows") and all your great tricks and tips. I'm almost 58 yo and have been cooking since I was about 10 to, but I learn something new every time I watch one of your cooking videos. ♥️♥️♥️
