You are such fun to watch! Those marshmallow bits can be bought on Amazon in large bulk bags! Super cheap. FYI, Mace is the outer shell of the Nutmeg nut. It has a lovely citrusy aroma and a different, more mild flavor than nutmeg. it is a standard ingredient in my fruitcake recipe and would not be the same without it.

Hey Kim! I'm pretty sure mace is the spice that comes from the outer coating of the nutmeg pod. It's stronger but similar in flavor.
