Dr. Chizmar is a board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services. Dr. Chizmar graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed residency training in emergency medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center and R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center. Dr. Chizmar has practiced emergency medicine for over ten years at the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, and previously served as Harford County EMS Medical Director and Region III Medical Director.
