What I do with my 1/10 tires sometimes is squeeze a little air out and hold while you're tightening the beadlock so you have less tire pressure

My C10 is modified like yours the green with Brushless motor and ESC from Furitek and it works great.
But the dual shock absorbers are more harmful than beneficial in my opinion.
At some point in the beginning of the video I noticed you pressed on the green tire and they were long about getting the right shape again so I disassembled my Injora aluminum Beadlock and found no holes in them so I drilled 2 pcs. 2mm holes in the inner ring, so now they are just as good as the stock wheels

i agree tires, and metal bead locks made the biggest difference to my jeep, if your up for a "little" modification get the emax metal gear servo and a metal steer link its amazing

I built up a gladiator and was not happy with its capabilities. I watched your video and promptly removed the foams from the bead lock wheels in favor of just air. The set up I’m running is not vented. The difference in crawl performance is amazing traction is off the charts. Thanks for the tip.

In my experience, modified foams work better than no foams. I tried multiple rigs and setups also. For me, when running no foams, they work good on vertical climbs, but they suffer from rolling/folding on the side hill. When I modify the foams, I do so by cutting sections out of the outside 1/4 inch or so. I still get the same type of grab that I do without foams, because there is much less material. They hold true when you get to the side hill while also being able to confirm. Give it a shot. 1.0 foams are cheap. Lol

I have those tires...currently running with foam though. After breaking in, they're VERY SOFT & STICKY! I love them. Glad I made a good Choice (first & currently ONLY aftermarket wheel purchase)

I wanted to find the best tires possible that werent huge, these look scale with the logos and the flex, and boy do they grip! A servo, some brass mods, and those wheels and tires and your pretty good to go. I wanted to get a k-10 body I saw, and these should fit nicely and I wont have to trim a ton. Thanks for the recommendation!!!

Air tight indeed, I squeeze a little air out as I lock the bead, simulates lower pressure tires.

Nice video! Thanks for sharing! Months ago I upgraded my scx24 Deadbolt with RC4WD rox lok comp tires and SSD alum/brass beadlocks. expensive upgrade but it completely transformed the rig. I'll ck out those tires. You're inspiring me to get an indoor track going!!!
