I have over 1k hours of playing Kingmaker and now 3k hours of playing Wrath of the Righteous, it is absolutely the best cRPG I've ever played. So many possiblities, so many builds to play and the mythic paths and their stories, you have to give it a try for a few hundreds hours ;)

Man I wish Kingmaker wasn't so unforgiving to those unfamiliar with the rule set (me) but it's such a cool game, honestly getting this if I ever wrap my head around a decent build

I just hope it isnt as buggy and much more stable than the kingmaker ps4 version. it was very frustrating to have to keep saving every 10 minutes because you're afraid of losing progress to a random crash. (I would also have to hold my breath on saving as well since it would often crash in the middle of doing that too)

Don't bother about purchasing this game on PS4/PS5. Kingmaker was never fixed, and it's a broken mess. Best way to enjoy this is on a strong PC and mod the game, because there are plenty of bugs people keep reporting everyday. I say this as a console gamer. Not worth to purchase it on consoles at all. Save your money or spend it on GOG, Steam or whatever you can handle.

I bought kingmaker on ps4 and it crashes every hour of play time, LITERALLY. Worst purchase of my life

Very fun CRPG, but I'd like to make it 100% clear that under no circumstances should you buy this for a console. Owlcat has yet to launch anything on any platform without *overwhelming* technical problems at the start, and to what degree they get fixed (or if they do *at all*) as well as how long that takes can be very inconsistent. Honestly, if the game had appealed to a wider market, I would not have been at all surprised to see Sony pull Kingmaker from the PS Store like cyberpunk given the condition it launched it. WOTR launched in a better place, technically speaking, than Kingmaker's PC build is today five years after its release, but it still locks up and crashes all the time and losing important inventory items for no clear reason still happens pretty frequently.
