My take is different, sorry for being a skeptic. I am drawn to think the county administrator of Nakuru County has a story to tell. I am not sure the president is aware that the gift he bequeathed the young talented boy and his mum wasn't newly built. This house is of course, just renovated with a new coat of paint, connected to the electricity power grid and water. If anything, there is a basic furniture supply. That's most likely not what the president intended. If the lady just accepted the house on the basis it's a gift a poor woman can't afford to refuse, it's being too simplistic! This why it's hard to fight the corruption war in Kenya. Someone should be held accountable here and explain what happened to the budget the president set up for the house he planned to gift the talented young boy's family of a single mun? Withdrawing the house and rewarding an other person with it is welcome but it's not the end of the matter. The president has to intervene and fight corruption from its simplest form to grand akasha size corruption. Here is where the rubber meets the road!
