That’s one heck of a pile of monitors. The upcoming restoration videos should be interesting. Good choice of beer you have there, by the way. Have you tried their Little Sumpin’? Really nice IPA.

It's been 10 months. How do you like gaming on these? What have you learned?

You better not have electrocuted yourself on one of the CRTs. I want the exciting followup on the restoration of these amazing pieces of history.

Awesome bro!! There's an ENT doctor my son goes to that has those Sony RGB monitors in exam rooms just for an S-video signal off some fancy scope...like ..almost any other TV monitor with s-video would be more than fine for what has doing!! I'm trying to get him to let me take them off his hands!

That haul is so sick! Your BVM is upwards to $2, 000 and it looks like you have a lot of cards in it... some of those go for hundreds each, the 20” PVMs are $550-800 easy, all the 14” ones are $200-300 all day... you are going to have a blast with these.

I can’t wait to hear the in depth no details missed story on how you came up on this legendary haul. Not sure how much work you need to do with these but please please please be careful. I know you know what your doing being an electrician but still.

I’m super jealous. I can’t wait to see these in action. I’ve had my eye out for a good 19”+ PVM for a while and I just gotta keep looking. East coast there aren’t as many and people know what they are worth... so if you want one, you gotta be vigilant and relentless in your search or you just gotta pay the man.

The TVL count on your BVM is like 900... it’s gonna blow your mind. The 32” one I mentioned... it’s really gangster, hardly anyone has them and you can’t get one for anything less than $5000. RetroRGB has one and a few other YouTubers. Phonedork had the 24” version of the same monitor and gave up his NEC XM2950 to make room and sadly it didn’t last long... but anything you give up a NEC XM2950 has to be great.

The 20” BVM is the Holy Grail of Analogue monitors one could hope to actually get... and I’m very happy and proud you have one in your hands.

You said “who knew I’d have a channel about fixing PVMs”.... I knew.

Those monitors are awesome if they could make thin tvs like they made those it would be amazing, crts had some great advantages like high refresh rates and they were very fault tolerant.

Why do i have the sudden urge to have all those tv's tuned into different 80s and 90s tv shows, and have a chicken built into a cyborg to watch these shows while i'm switching channels every 30 seconds up to a few minutes. Why? Also, this guy could be the chicken watching the tv programs.
