In this video we cover the topic of Microsoft Nano Server using Hyper-V virtual machine.

The tutorial will guide you through a process of creating a new Nano Server image using an ISO that was obtained from the MSDN web site. Once we create thew new Nano Server image, we go through the process of creating a new Virtual Machine using the Hyper-V Management console.
After we have setup our new virtual machine, I show you how to use Powershell Direct to establish a powershell session to the Nano Server VM in order to make some adjustments to the DNS and Time Zone settings. In the end we also go through the process of adding a domain account to the local administrators group and then use the final state of this virtual machine in order to establish a true WinRM or a remote powershell session that leverages our AD credentials as well the DNS record that is associated with that new Nano Server.
