Epsilon waves (ε) oscillate at a frequency of 0.01 Hz - 0.5 Hz, also known as Infra Low frequencies. Delta waves start right above it from 0.5 Hz.

These frequencies range is commonly used for monitoring earthquakes and volcanoes, charting rock and petroleum formations beneath the earth, and also in ballistocardiography and seismocardiography to study the mechanics of the heart. Most electroencephalogram (EEG) devices are not able to measure below 0.5 Hz.

We don't have enough scientific data at present regarding the advantages of using Epsilon waves as a part of brainwave entrainment on humans though listening to the Infra Low frequencies may allow us to access the Epsilon state or extraordinary state of consciousness, higher awareness, and state of suspended animation, wherein you're alive but with no perceivable heartbeat, pulse or respiration. What are Brain Waves?

For example: If you listen to a tone of 100 Hz in your left ear and a tone of 105 Hz in your right ear, your brain will automatically perceive an illusory tone and produce a new frequency of 5 Hz (105 – 100 = 5 Hz). This third tone is called a binaural beat. The brain automatically aligns the brainwaves to this different tone.
